The Queen Anne Style House on Arapahoe Street

 
The Queen Anne style was widely influential in America from the 1870s until the turn of the century.  It emphasizes human scale and domestic comfort.  Its facades shows a great variety featuring projecting oriels, bay windows and odd rooflines as you can see in this picture.
