The UCLA Juvenile Justice and Reentry Project is currently conducting and planning research projects on the following topics:

• Perceived Needs, Barriers, and Social Supports of the Youth Reentry Population in Los Angeles County
• Evaluation of the InsideOut Writers Program

JJRP plans to conduct the following new research projects:

• Navigating Risky Spaces: The Transition to Adulthood among Formerly Incarcerated Youth in South Los Angeles
• Social Support and Criminal Desistance Among Formerly Incarcerated Transition Age Young Men
